As a child, i would find injured winged creatures and try to save them all. Countless shoe boxes filled with grass and berries, thimbles of water….hoping they would heal. many times they would! but, i had many butterfly/insect memorial services as well. this would be me….if i could be…a butterfly mender. truly mender of all things winged…(i won’t get into my saving every other creature as well…maybe for another mug). Original illustration printed into lead free ceramic glazes and hand fired by Lisa . All 12 oz mugs are dishwasher and microwave safe.
